Pretty self-explanatory through the photos...just a couple things: Carnaval in Panama is more about the parades and music than the beads and boobs (thank God!) Actually...I saw only one guy wearing beads. The locals are very friendly and are very happy to get the tourists involved in the festivities by squirting them with their water pistols or dumping buckets of water on them and spraying them with confetti. It was a lot of fun!
