MetroCable in Medellin
Medellin has got great public transportation...they've got the center Metro which essentially connects the whole city, end-to-end. They've also got the MetroCable which connects the poorer sections of town with the city center. What used to take up to 2 hours of bus transport to reach the city center, the MetroCable makes it possible in about 30 minutes.
View from the bottom of the MetroCable.
Some kids just out of school were interesting in a chat with me and Johnny while we enjoyed an afternoon coffee in a nearby neighborhood at the top MetroCable station.
The group of kids grew quite big...even larger than what you see here. Off to the very left of the photo you can see some of the feet of kids who decided not to get in the photo. They were very interesting in where I was from, what the weather was like there, how it was to live in the US, even with how we sounded when we spoke English. One little girl named Laura, just to my left was the most inquisitive and asked very smart questions. I loved this day!

Paragliding in Medellin, Colombia

So sometime in the middle of February, I was still in Medellin.
Getting Nervous!
Getting strapped in.
"Felipe, you sure you know what you're doing???"
Okay...here we go!
